Accessibility at La Fromagerie

La Fromagerie is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive online experience for all customers, including people with disabilities.

Our accessibility goal

We are working to make lafromageriesf.com conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make digital content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, motor, cognitive, and other disabilities.

We do not currently claim that every page or third-party component fully conforms with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we regularly review and improve our website.

Measures we take

Our accessibility efforts include:

  • Supporting keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus.

  • Providing a “Skip to main content” link and meaningful page landmarks.

  • Adding meaningful names to navigation controls, icons, forms, and product links.

  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast for text.

  • Providing labels, instructions, and status messages for forms.

  • Adding text alternatives to informative images where appropriate.

  • Reviewing new theme, content, and application changes for accessibility.

Third-party content

Some functions, including delivery scheduling, payment processing, checkout, embedded applications, and links to third-party websites, may be provided by services that La Fromagerie does not fully control. We work to select accessible services and will assist customers who encounter difficulty using them.
